CopyMail is a product developed and managed by Webriy, a legally registered company. All references to "CopyMail," "we," "our," or "us" in these Terms refer to Webriy and its affiliated entities.

2. Use of the Service

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use CopyMail. By using our Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes.
• Not resell, distribute, or share access to CopyMail without written permission.
• Not use CopyMail for spam, phishing, or any illegal or unethical email campaigns.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms or engages in misuse of the platform.

3. Plans and Access

CopyMail offers both Free and Pro subscription plans:

• Free Plan: Limited access to a small number of email templates.
• Pro Plan: Full access to 4,500+ templates, the Email Template Builder, and the CopyMail AI Email Template Designer (Beta).
• Lifetime Pro: One-time purchase plan offering full, lifetime access to Pro features.

We reserve the right to modify, upgrade, or discontinue any plan at any time, with reasonable notice to active users.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

• All paid subscriptions and transactions are processed securely through our payment partner Paddle. By purchasing a plan, you agree to Paddle’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
• All prices are displayed in your local currency (where available) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
• Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase. To request a refund, please contact our support team.

5. Template Usage and License

All email templates available on CopyMail are protected under copyright and licensed for personal and commercial use under the following terms:

You may

• Use templates in personal, client, and commercial projects.
• Modify and export templates for marketing campaigns, newsletters, and product promotions.

You may not

• Resell, redistribute, or republish templates as standalone assets.
• Use templates to create a competing product or service.

Violations may result in account suspension or legal action under applicable copyright laws.

6. Data and Privacy

CopyMail does not permanently store user-generated templates or design data. All generated or customized email templates must be downloaded immediately after creation, as they may not be retrievable later.

7. AI Email Template Designer (Beta)

The CopyMail AI Email Template Designer is an experimental, Pro-only feature that helps users generate HTML templates based on input prompts. Output quality and structure may vary.

Users are responsible for reviewing and testing generated templates before commercial use.

CopyMail (Webriy) shall not be held liable for design errors or damages resulting from AI-generated content.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, graphics, code, logos, and design elements are the property of Webriy and are protected under international copyright laws. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, or use any part of the CopyMail platform for purposes outside the permitted license.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from use or inability to use CopyMail.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. All updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes implies acceptance of the new Terms.
